Can I purchase with my Galaxy gift card online?

No, Galaxy gift cards cannot be used for the online store. 

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes we do, you can purchase a gift cards from the “Gifts & Vouchers” section in the main menu. 

Where can I find the terms and conditions of this website and the online shopping service?

The “Terms and Conditions” link is at the bottom of every page, you can click on the link to go to a page with all our terms & conditions. 

How do I sign up for a newsletter?

Click on the “Newsletter” tab at the top of the home page, you will then go to a page with a web form where you can fill in the relevant details to sign up for the Galaxy newsletter.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we will only ship to addresses within South Africa.

What will delivery cost me?

For any order over R2500, delivery is free. For any order under R2500, a flat rate shipping fee of R150 will be charged. If you wish to collect your item from one of our stores, delivery to the store is free. 

I no longer want to receive a Galaxy newsletter, what can I do?

Please click “unsubscribe” at the bottom of the last newsletter you received, you will be taken to a page to confirm that you wish to unsubscribe. Alternatively, if you are registered on the Galaxy and Co website, you can update your newsletter preferences via “My Account”. 

How do I use my coupon code?

During the checkout process you will see a “Coupon code” field which required you to enter the code. You can validate the code on page and it will automatically deduct the relevant percentage or amount from your shopping cart. 

 

What are my delivery options?

You can either pick up your product at your nearest Galaxy and Co. store or we will deliver the product to your door.
